To celebrate the annual cultural day of Viet Nam''s
ethnic groups, representatives of their communities met in Ha Noi to
launch of a seminar and exhibition titled I Believe I Can – Changes from the Community.
The second Companion of Development press award was launched yesterday
to honour kindness between people and reinforce the belief in a
civilised society, said Le Quang Binh, director of the Institute for
Studies of Society, Economics and Environment (iSEE).
Several international and Vietnamese electronic and experimental music
artists will congregate to offer a musical feast to Ha Noi''s audience
during the Hanoi Sound Stuff Festival this week.
